From Carrot balls to caterpillar sandwiches to banana pancakes, here are some tried and tested healthy snacks for kids, which even your child won’t only love gobbling up but even have fun while preparing them. So with none further ado, here are a number of the tried tested recipes for a few healthy foods for kids.
No-Bake Carrot and Date Balls
Carrots are nutritious and bring a number of the simplest and healthy snacks for kids. Blend it with dry fruits and nuts to urge one among the tastiest, and therefore the healthiest food for teenagers. Follow this easy recipe for this nutritious snack.
Ingredients Required

Blend it till you get a soft dough which will be unrolled into small balls
Once the balls are ready roll them within the flour of your choice – almond, coconut, flaxseed or oats powder
Lastly, refrigerate or freeze the balls in order that they become firm
Serve with a glass of warm milk

No child can resist a pancake and if it’s homemade with healthy ingredients and tastes delicious then it’s a combo par excellence. What’s more, you simply need two ingredients to form this yummy pancake.
Ingredients Required
· Three ripe bananas
· Three lightly beaten eggs
Method:
In a bowl mash the bananas.

Ingredients Required:
· 12 Slices of bread
· Butter
· 6 slices of pigeon breast or vegetable cutlets
· 6 slices of cheese
· 6 slices of pot cheese
· 1 Small tomato
· 1 stalk of scallion otherwise you can take celery also (as per the supply of the ingredient)
Method:
The first step is to require a stock of all the ingredients and gather them in one place
Next on your chopping board, lay two slices of bread and butter both the slices lightly
Place either a chicken slice or a vegetable cutlet on one side and canopy it with the opposite buttered slice.
Repeat the method with both pot cheese and cheese slices.
With the assistance of a mini kitchen utensil, cut five circles from each of the sandwiches
Place them on a platter during a wavy shape of a caterpillar, if you would like you’ll alternate the flavor of the sandwich

Successful Meditation can help you feel happier, relieve chronic pain, combat stress, promote health, sleep better, and achieve needed serenity.
These are the simple but powerful tips
Always follow the correct posture
You can meditate cross-legged on the floor or sitting in a chair, just make sure your back is straight. Keeping your back straight can help you stay focused and not let your mind drift elsewhere.
Open your eyes and keep your focus
Some people find it more comfortable to close their eyes while meditating, but doing so can cause their thoughts to drift somewhere and they will be lost. Keep your eyes open and lower them slightly to soften the look. However, if you are confident that you can empty your thoughts and stay focused while your eyes are closed, you can close them, especially when you find it more comfortable.
Count your breath
When you meditate, it is important to pay attention to your breathing which can help you anchor yourself in the present moment. Inhale and exhale naturally. As you exhale, silently count 1, the next time you exhale count 2, and up to a 4 count, then go back to 1. When your thoughts start to drift, start to bother you so much, or you will suddenly find yourself counting to twenty, immediately start again. count from 1 and only to 4. You can only start counting again after you have counted 4.
Honor your emotions but avoid being swayed
It is natural to experience different emotions, but you should avoid being manipulated by your emotions. You need to acknowledge your strong emotions, such as anger and shame, but don’t give him a chance to get the best of you. It would be difficult for you to stay focused if you succumb to strong emotions that want to invade your mind, spirit, and body.
Choose the right time and place
There are people who can concentrate more when listening to relaxing music, but nothing beats the sound of silence when meditating. When you listen to absolute silence, you can really experience what your mind is doing. You feel calm and stable. A relaxing sensation envelops you and you feel at peace.
You can choose another place for your meditation and make sure you are not disturbed. Choose the most convenient time for your meditation, it can be early in the morning or late at night. You can meditate in the afternoon when no one is around. You can meditate for a few minutes or spend more than an hour. Do what you think is right.
Take maximum pleasure
