How To Eat Sweets Without Gaining Weight
If you were to ask the majority of the population what it required to lose weight, dietary restriction would be in the conversation somewhere. Most would say we would have to eat more salads, restrict alcohol, and sweets, and eliminate carbohydrates. (even though we know this is scientifically false).
For the past 12 years, I’ve been working with clients 1 on 1 and during this time we rarely eliminate “fun” foods together. Want to know something cool? They all still lose weight! Some clients drink alcohol; some enjoy pizza or burgers – whatever your favorite foods are, you should know that you don’t have to eliminate them entirely to achieve your weight loss goals. Would eliminating these items result in more progress…maybe, maybe not. Every case is unique, and individuals should NEVER be put inside of a “one size fits all” approach to dieting.
